Meet The Founders
Tom started his recruitment career in 2007. Having worked for large corporates and SME’s he is well-positioned to understand the different needs of both clients and candidates. Outside of work, Tom is a keen runner and a very unsuccessful boxer.

Ed started his recruitment career in 2013 before Co-Founding TRM in 2015. He has since built a strong and exciting client base with some of the top recruitment firms in London. Outside of work, he is either at the golf course or spending time with his young family.
