Tom has worked in recruitment since 2007, working in both contract and permanent markets within financial services and pharmaceutical recruitment. Tom established TRM to bring a higher level of customer service and quality to the recruitment to recruitment industry. He is primarily focused on appointments within Financial Services, Accountancy, Professional Services and senior level appointments.
