Recruitment consulting is not an easy gig. Long hours, and allot of rejection. I’m sure reading allot adverts online most of the companies and roles look exactly the same. Well this is one is different! We are recruiting for a company which has a genuinely different environment to most others. Not only this, a desk has become available due to an internal international move to take over a red hot desk straight away !!

What is the market and what’s the desk like:

You will be placing mid level marketing professionals  into commerce. Their clients include companies like Tesco, BBC and GSK amongst others. The great thing about marketing is it it one of the fastest growing areas of the marketing, as companies look to gain market share through new channels, including digital and e-commerce

Main Points:

  • You will be placing senior digital and marketing professionals into some of the most exciting brands in the UK
  • LOADS of roles to wok straight away – they do want people who can BD, but there won’t really be a need to.
  • You will not be tied to your desk. The opposite in-fact. You will have £500 per month company credit card and you will be expected to use it! This role very much involves people who can get out and about, meet candidates, run events and of course take clients out!
  • You will work on international roles with the opportunity to help the company achieve its a mission to be the first truly global marketing recruitment company

Is this you?

First and foremost if you have an ego, or arrogant don’t apply. Across the business the high polished, professional consultants, but also people who are a nice people! Whilst there is banter in the office and good social scene, this is not your “no chairs till lunchtime” business!! You must be able to work in an autonomous environment and have the commercial ability to grow your market!
