Recruitment Consultant – Genuine 9-5!

Location: South West London

Salary: DOE - £50,000 OTE

Who are we recruiting for?

Our client is a fast growth business change consultancy based in Surrey. They have a great client base which includes some of the most established names in retail banking and industry and commerce ! The company believes in offering their clients and candidates an excellent service, which is why in a short space of time they have become a recognized as a leader in their market!

What is the environment like?

Focused but relaxed. Forget about KPI’s and a boiler room sales floor – this is categorically not them! The staff here are treated as adults, results are expected, but you will not be pulled into a meeting from for not making enough calls! Its dress down, family environment where good consultants are left to crack on with the job at hand! Oh, and they actually leave at 5pm – you can actually have a work life balance.

What will my role be?

You will be focused on finding highly skilled change practitioners (Business Analysts and Project Managers) and placing them into some of the main change programmes in the city. THERE IS NO BD IN THIS ROLE! You will be fully candidate focused

Commission Structure any good?

Yes! You will be rewarded on placements, extensions, number of deals in a month, and special bonuses for placing in key accounts!! – You can comfortably double your basic in year!

What profile are we looking for!

Simple – you are an experienced recruiter who offers great service. Ideally you would have recruited in FS but this is not mandatory!
